What You Do

*Introduce Firmoo's products and answer customers' questions to help them read prescription, choose fit frames and lenses via Live Chat or phone.

*Accept Firmoo's training and be familiar with our website, products and policies.

What We Require

1.Familiar with Firmoo website, especially the ordering process.

2.Familiar with Firmoo frames and lens.

3.Experienced in optician industry.

4.Excellent service sense.

5.Have a working computer and be available at least 10 hours per week.

6.Work at any hours of 7:00 to 18:00 PT

Pay

Get $15/hr at least, and up to $25/hr, which depends on your performance.

Application Process

2.We will screen them and then arrange a phone interview.

3.If you pass the interview, we will provide you the necessary training before you can start to work.

4.After that, you will start a pilot. Once you are qualified, you are required to sign a contract and join us.
