"I was skeptical about ordering online because it was my first time and I have a very high prescription, but needless to say the prescription is on point they came packaged very nicely in a eye glasses case with a cleaning cloth plus a little bag with extra screws and a gadget for tightening the screws I have a rounder/wider face so I love how these frames look on me, I would really recommend this frame style if you are into big lenses! They are very comfy and light weight! Also very good quality for the price!! They have so many colors/ styles to choose from they also have a photo uploader so you can try on the glasses! I contacted customer service and they helped switch my order, to the other pairs that I picked out for their BOGO sale, that day! "I’m always getting compliments on my Firmoo glasses! I recently ordered 4 pairs of glasses, hoping they would arrive in time for my vacation but didn’t. This was the first time I had ever had to contact their Customer Service rep and I was extremely happy with the service I received!
It was dealt with quickly and they truly held up to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Even though the issue was with their shipping - which is out of their control, Firmoo still stepped up and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. I also was having troubles with Zenni Optical (terrible return/refund policy even when they are at fault - wrong prescription sent even tho they were filled out correctly and would only offer me 50% back, after shipping) and have decided Firmoo will be keeping my business going forward.

"I ordered glasses. The script was perfect. I did not take my own PD, I went to Wal-Mart and asked them to measure. The glasses arrived and they were perfect...except for one thing.... I did not pay attention to the size and they were small. (do not believe the customer images somehow those glasses appear larger..they are not.. pay attention to the size chart) However, I contacted the company, they issued me a refund, and I already have my new pair on the way.. "Got a coupon code for half off a pair of glasses, having ordered a couple pairs off another site i didn't expect much. Every pair from said site had broken or had lens problems hence why i needed a new pair so bad. The total with shipping with 10 dollars. Waited only a week for shipping, upon opening i thought it was so flimsy looking. But i got a repair kit a soft case and a hard case along with a cleaning cloth. I've worn this pair for about 3 weeks, no problems, and they are not even flimsy. These are the cutest glasses i own and i have almost a glasses graveyard in my dresser.
